Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you access or use the iBusiness Consulting website.

Last revised: 19 October 2026

1. About these Terms

This website is operated by iBusiness Consulting Inc. (“iBC,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms govern website access. Paid engagements are also governed by the proposal or service agreement expressly accepted by the parties. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms on the services purchased, the signed agreement prevails to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law.

2. Information and services

Our website provides general information about business consulting, corporate support, information technology and artificial intelligence services. Website descriptions are not offers to provide regulated advice and do not establish a client relationship. Scope, fees, timetable and deliverables are confirmed separately in writing. We do not promise any specific business result, regulatory decision, intellectual-property registration, system performance or financial outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide information that is accurate, complete and lawfully obtained, use the website only for lawful purposes and protect your account credentials. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, misuse another person’s information, or copy or commercially exploit our website content without permission. You remain responsible for decisions taken using general information on this website.

4. Accounts and availability

If an account is provided, you are responsible for activity under your credentials except to the extent caused by our failure to meet applicable obligations. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. We may update or temporarily interrupt the website for maintenance or security.

5. Professional and third-party services

Certain assignments may require lawyers, accountants, licensed professionals, software vendors or other independent providers. Their role, charges and contractual responsibility will be identified as applicable in the relevant engagement. iBC does not provide professional services reserved by law to persons without the necessary authorization.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, branding, original text, design and software belong to iBC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable permission to browse the website for lawful purposes. Ownership and permitted use of client deliverables are governed by the applicable written service agreement.

7. Disclaimers and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but it may change or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is made available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for every purpose. iBC is not responsible for losses caused solely by a visitor’s reliance on general website content instead of obtaining advice appropriate to the circumstances. Any contractual limitation of liability for paid services must appear in the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy, changes and governing law

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date; material changes affecting an existing paid engagement require treatment consistent with its agreement and applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory rules that apply to a particular user or transaction.
